Hi, I’m Heather—a designer, photographer, and storyteller based in Livingston, Montana. I graduated from Mississippi State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. Since then, I’ve been running Sweetgrass Studio full time, collaborating with local businesses and organizations to craft compelling visuals and meaningful content that drives connection and results.
I love working with people who value creativity, community, and the outdoors. Whether it's branding, storytelling, or content creation, I aim to help others share their message with clarity and impact.
Sweetgrass Studio is also home to my wedding photography business: www.sweetgrassphoto.com. I’m passionate about capturing life’s big moments in the wild and beautiful places of Montana, creating images that feel authentic, timeless, and full of heart.
When I’m not behind the camera or designing, you’ll find me outside adventuring with my two dogs—backpacking, biking, camping, skiing, searching for the best field of wildflowers, or fly fishing (camera always in hand, of course!).
